The Obama administration department of justice has finally begun to make good on Obama's campaign promises to end persecution of medical patients who are following state laws.

In a three page memo sent to federal prosecutors they have been instructed not to waste resources persecuting those who comply with state law except in cases where firearms, violence, and sales to minors.

This is a major victory for New Mexico!

Additionally, a brief overview of the legal process required to get your patient identification card has been posted along with information related to getting a license to grow for personal use.

More is planned but a functional framework is now in place to help patients get their card and license, teach them how to grow potent and safe medicine, and to provide the people with a place to discuss all of the aforementioned topics.
